These photos came to me via Adwo, an E30 M3 enthusiast from the Netherlands. They are pictures of the chassis of the famous Tic Tac DTM racer, in this case from the 1991 season. Michel Pol took the pictures, and Thomas Schwarz is the owner. The roll cage is on the simplistic side. This is especially true considering what had already been done by the factory Gr A cars well before this time. Also, the following year (1992) the Tic Tac DTM car developed a very sophisticated roll cage . |
