David Pan is an East Coast BMW racer. He owns this E30 M3 which he has modified to a very high degree. The details on this car are impressive, and David has engineered most of them himself. David is also an accomplished engine builder. The S14 engine in this car produces around 260 RWHP at under 8000 rpm. That is quite a feat.
