This is one of my favorites from this series!
Note that the shock tower is completely reformed, although keeping
the factory location for the upper hardpoint. Also check out how
the cage picks up the rear diff' mount. Thus the rear subframe is
completely tied into the roll cage - both through the subframe mounts
and the diff' mount. Excellent.
Other things to look at are the small plastic vent tank for the rear differential (attached to the roll cage) and the Tilton pump in the center. It looks like a fuel pump but is actually a pump for the diff' cooling system! |
